Return Policy:

Items can be returned or exchanged only if unused, with packaging, and with all the tags that you received. We cannot accept INTIMATE items in any way that show they have been used, that have odors, fragrances, or marks from deodorants.

Promotions or clearance items DO NOT have exchanges or returns.LESS REGULABLES, tights, and harnesses cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 30 days after purchase to request an exchange for one or more products included in your order.

In case you request a return, it must be processed within 10 calendar days after receiving your order. If the refund request was processed outside of the 10 calendar days, the refund of the amount paid will not be allowed, but you can make an exchange.

The conditions under which you must return the items you wish to return are:

Unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
In the original box/packaging.

We cannot accept INTIMATE garments that show signs of being worn, or that have odors, perfume, or deodorant residue.
